Ramson provides three different types of oil separators for process water used in industry and power generation. Our solutions are suitable for both small and large flow rates and meet current environmental and safety regulations.
We offer three efficient options for oil separation in industrial water treatment:
A filling material with very high absorption capacity, used in filtration solutions for wastewater applications. See the video below to watch the ORE filter in action.
Commonly used in hydropower plants to purify turbine leakage water before discharge into rivers. These separators are available in a wide range of sizes – from units handling around 2 liters per minute to larger systems with capacities up to 2000 liters per minute. The separators are certified according to SS-EN 858-1 or SS-EN 858-2.
A compact and cost-effective solution for small quantities of oil in water. These filters are equipped with oil-absorbing material and have a bottom outlet for easy handling.
A robust bag filter with a bottom outlet, ideal for applications requiring efficient particle and oil separation. Available in multiple pressure ratings to suit various system requirements. Pictured: model 21-06105-K-01.
The absorbent is placed directly into the filter bag and is also available in a shorter version without a center tube. The oil-absorbing filler consists of polypropylene fluff, which efficiently removes oil from the liquid.
