Ramson manufactures automatic self-cleaning filters and ensures operational reliability by providing spare parts for the majority of our filters on the market. For over 60 years, Ramson's filters have been continuously developed and adapted to customer needs, resulting in variations in seal kits, strainers, filter baskets and filter elements.
Here’s how to ensure you get the correct spare part: Send a clear photo of the filter where the label with the order and serial number is clearly visible, along with an overview image of the entire filter. Email the images to info@ramson.se, and we’ll assist you further.
Our automatic self-cleaning filters typically use robust wedge edge elements in stainless steel, ensuring cost-effective operation with minimal maintenance. Other materials are available upon request.
When the pressure in the filtration system increases due to clogged elements, the backflushing is triggered, cleaning the elements and returning the system to optimal performance.
Filter elements are available with filtration grades from 30 microns to 5 mm in three different diameters (50 mm, 70 mm, and 90 mm) and in four different lengths (250 mm, 500 mm, 750 mm, and 1000 mm). Below are the available variants for each automatic filter model:
With your filter’s serial/order number, we can usually prepare the correct seal kit within a few days. For very old filter models, it may take slightly longer.
