Ramson's self-cleaning automatic filters are always supplied with a PLC-based control cabinet to be able to adjust backflush sequences for the self-cleaning process as well as keeping track on the maintenance need for the filters.
Fine-tune the backflushing sequences with precise settings and gain a clear overview of the filter’s operational history, including details about flush cycles and timing.
The automatic filter is delivered complete with a control cabinet that manages the automated cleaning process.
Our latest control cabinets can be configured with various statelie cabinets depending on the automatic filters included in the filtration system. You can choose the desired communication or bus interface, allowing your computer to easily retrieve the system’s status.
The standard solution includes a PLC from Schneider Electric, but alternatives with PLCs from Siemens, ABB, or Mitsubishi are also available.
