Process Description

The process reduces metals by automatically mixing chemical treatment without mechanical stirring.
The unit recycles most of the process water and chemicals to achieve a very low running cost.
The unique WTC-unit is a economic choice when considering:
Initial purchase, chemical and energy use.

Process step by step

1. Water / chemical mixing.

2. Soil / sludge treatment.

3. Soil / sludge dewatering.

4.Waste water cleaning / recycling.


Water / chemical mixing unit

The specific pH-value required for the treatment process is automatically produced in this unit, to preset values.



Soil / Sludge treatment phase

In this step the soil/sludge will be mixed with the pre-treated water from step 1. The contaminating metals and oils are transferred into the water, metals as ions and suspended particles.





Separation of water and sludge

Separation of water and sludge is handled by standard dewatering units like presses / centrifuges or sedimentation, depending on application.

Process water cleaning before recycling back to the main process

The water is cleaned with a patented method that withholds metals and / or oils inside conventional particle retention filters.
In this patented system, we are using two different filter medias, both environmental friendly, and they can be used one by one or together in serial package.
